At Cushion Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day trial period for returns and exchanges on most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
